Terms and Conditions of the promotion “Celcom Postpaid Sign Up and Usability Promo” (“Promotion”)

The Promotion is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A). By participating in this Promotion, Customer hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form an integral part and to be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom’s postpaid / prepaid service offered and relevant to the Customer in respect to this Promotion.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Celcom’s service, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions (ii) terms and conditions of Celcom’s postpaid/prepaid service.

Promotion Period
This Promotion shall commence on 1st April 2010 and shall end on 31 December 2010 (“Promotion Period”)

Eligibility
This Promotion shall only be applicable to new and existing Celcom’s Online Customer Service (OCS) users at www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice (“Customer”).

This Promotion shall not be applicable to staff and employee of Celcom or its related corporations and customers of Celcom’s Corporate and Enterprise Plans.

Promotion Mechanics

A) FOR POSTPAID CUSTOMERS
Customers are required to sign up to the Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) at www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice and accept the terms and conditions governing the service and must have an active Celcom Mobile account.

(i) Monthly Prize of Blackberry® Bold™ 9700
To be eligible for the monthly prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS and must have an active account(s) with no call barring actions being taken.
      · make a minimum payment of RM50 via OCS within a week of the registration date or within the first week of the Promotion Period.

Note: All Customers must be subscribers of Celcom Data Unlimited Plan of RM68 OR RM98 to be eligible to redeem this prize. Customers who have yet to subscribe to these plans must activate the service before they can redeem the prize.

(ii) Quarterly Prize of RM5,000.00
To be eligible for the quarterly prize, Customer must:
       · register with OCS or new consolidate account and must have an active account
       · make full payment consistently for three (3) consecutive months via OCS.
       · be an active account holder and no call baring actions have been taken for three (3) months
       · Each Customer is entitled to win the quarterly prize once.
        Note: 1st Quarter – 1st April 2010 to 30th June 2010
                 2nd Quarter - 1st July 2010 to 30th Sept 2010

(iii) Grand Prize of a 4D/3N trip to Hong Kong + Cash Prizes
To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, Customer must:
       · register with OCS or new consolidate account and must have an active account
       · make full payment consistently for nine (9) consecutive months via OCS.
       · have an active account and no call barring actions have been taken within nine (9) consecutive months.
       · Each Customer is only entitled to win the Grand Prize once.

B) FOR PREPAID CUSTOMERS
Customers must register with the Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) at www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice and accept the terms and conditions governing the service and must have an active Celcom Mobile account.

(i) Monthly Prize of Blackberry® Curve™ 8250
To be eligible for this prize, Customer must:
      · register with the OCS and must have an active account
      · reload a minimum of RM30 via OCS within a week of the registration date
      · perform any of the following transactions

        Activate Family and Friends/Teman (8pax for old Xpax) and add a minimum of (1) number OR
        Check Transaction history (USAGE DETAILS) OR
        View Status OR
        Balance Inquiry/Validity OR
        Change the IVR Pin and language

(ii) Quarterly Prize of a HP Mini Netbook 210 :
To be eligible to win this prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS and must have an active account
      · reload a total of minimum RM150 via OCS within three (3) months
      · Perform any of the following transactions:

        Activate Family and Friends/Teman (8 pax for old Xpax) and add a minimum of one (1) number OR
        Check Transaction history (USAGE DETAILS) OR
        View Status OR
        Balance Inquiry/Validity OR
        Change the IVR Pin and language

      · Each Customer is only entitled to win the prize once
        Note: 1st Quarter – 1st April 2010 to 30th June 2010
                 2nd Quarter - 1st July 2010 to 30th Sept 2010

(iii) Grand Prize of a 4D/3N trip to Hong Kong + Cash Prizes:
To be eligible to win this prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS and must have an active account
      · reload total of minimum RM450 via OCS within nine (9) months
      · Perform any of the following transaction:

        Activate Family and Friends/Teman (8 pax for old Xpax) and add a minimum of one (1) number OR
        Check Transaction history (USAGE DETAILS) OR
        View Status OR
        Balance Inquiry/Validity OR
        Change the IVR Pin and language

      · Each Customer is only entitled to win the prize once

C) FOR BROADBAND CUSTOMERS
Customers are required to register with the Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) at www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice and accept the terms and conditions governing the service and must be an active Celcom account holder.

(i) Monthly Prize of Celcom Broadband Wireless Gateway
To be eligible to win this prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS and must be an active account holder
      · must register for e-billing service
      · make a minimum payment of RM50 via OCS within one (1) week of the registration date

(ii) Quarterly Prize of HP Mini Netbook 210:
To be eligible to win this prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS or register for new consolidated account and must have an active account
      · register for the e-billing service
      · make full payment consistently for three (3) consecutive months via OCS.
      · have an active account and no call barring actions have been taken within three (3) months
      · Customers are entitled to win the prize for one (1) time only.
        Note: 1st Quarter – 1st April 2010 to 30th June 2010
                 2nd Quarter - 1st July 2010 to 30th Sept 2010

(iii) Grand Prize of a 4D/3N trip to Hong Kong + Cash Prizes:
To be eligible to win this prize, Customer must:
      · register with OCS or register for new consolidated account and must have an active account
      · register for the e-billing service
      · make full payment consistently for nine (9) consecutive months via OCS.
      · have an active account and no call barring actions have been taken within nine (9) months.
      · Each Customer is entitled to win the grand prize once.

Winners’ Selection Criteria
Celcom will randomly shortlist the eligible Customers on a monthly basis from the database of Customers who have successfully met all criteria as outlined in the Promotion Mechanics.

The shortlisted eligible Customer will be notified through their Celcom mobile number by Celcom.

Prizes

Postpaid
     
· A Blackberry® Bold™ 9700 will be given on a monthly basis (for new OCS Sign up users only)- Four (4) winners
      · RM5,000.00 cash reward will be given on a quarterly basis – One (1) winner
      · Grand Prize of a 4D/3N trip to Hong Kong + Cash Prizes – One (1) winner
       Note: All Customers must be subscribers of Celcom Data Unlimited Plan of RM68 OR RM98 to be eligible to redeem the prize. Customers who have yet
                to subscribe to these plans must get the service activated before they can redeem the prize.

Prepaid

      · A Grand Prize of 4D/3N trip to Hong Kong + Cash Prizes – One (1 winner)

Terms and Conditions for the Prize
1. Customer will be contacted through their Celcom mobile number as registered on OCS and must provide his/her personal information i.e. full name,
    address and personal identification number. If the Customer is not contactable, Celcom shall award the Prize to the next winner in accordance with
    Celcom’s selection process.

2. Celcom shall not be liable or responsible for any losses caused to the Customer if the Customer is not contactable or reachable.

3. Shortlisted Eligible Customers will receive a Short Messaging Service (SMS) from Celcom and a redemption letter to redeem their Prize at the location and
    time to be determined by Celcom.

4. The Prize will be granted to the Customer within thirty (30) days from the expiry of the Promotion Period subject to the following conditions and all other
    conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions and any other communications related to this Promotion:
      4.1 Customer must retain his letter of redemption as verification for redemption purposes, failing which will result in forfeiture of the Prize. Customer
            must show proof of his/her identity when redeeming the Prize. Letter of Authorization from the Customer must be presented upon redemption
            should the identified winner is not able to be redeem the Prize personally.

     4.2 Customer’s account must remain active and payment must be up to date to be eligible to redeem the Prize, failing which the Prize shall be
            forfeited and shall be awarded to the next winner.

     4.3 Customer acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the right to disqualify his participation if he is in breach of his obligations or any terms
           and conditions of this Promotion set out herein or for any reason whatsoever which Celcom deems appropriate.

     4.4 Celcom accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected
           entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction, transmission interruption,
           communications failure or otherwise, including failure on the part of any participating retail outlets to inform the Customer and entry details to
           Celcom.

     4.5 Prizes not claimed by the Customer shall be forfeited fourteen (14) days after the due date for collection and Celcom shall not be liable for any            losses or damages suffered by the Customer as a result thereof.

5. All Prizes are not transferable for cash or in kind. Celcom reserves the right to substitute and replace the Prize offered with another Prize of equal value or
    higher value as Celcom deems fit.

6. The mobile phone devices and netbooks offered under this Promotion will be supplied by third parties. Celcom shall not be liable and disclaims any
    liability whatsoever of any claim against Celcom for any act of theft, defect, warranty and merchantability of the devices or netbooks offered to the
    Customer.

7. Customers who are eligible for the Grand Prize of 4D/3N Trip to Hong Kong shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the organizer of the trip.

8. Celcom reserves the right to amend and omit and/or vary any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice to the Customer
    herein stated and the Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof.

9. Celcom’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

10. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits,
      punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect,
      third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.

11. Celcom shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection
      with this Promotion.

12. Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Promotion
      at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agree to be bound by those changes.

13. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any participant if the Customer is in breach of its obligations or
      any terms and conditions of this Promotion. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any participation or the Customer at its
      sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.

14. Celcom does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the Customer from participating in the Promotion, as a result of
      certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, act
      of God etc.

15. Celcom reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, and the Customer agrees that Celcom may use the names, photographs, voice or video
      recordings and entries of the Customer without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Customer or for publicity,
      advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
